Class News 25th of May

Wow! What an amazing final week we have had, we have finally got round to publishing our newspaper reports on Anne Boleyn’s beheading thanks to Sir Thomas Cromwell. The children have been brilliant at describing the horrors that went down at the Tower of London and we are really impressed with the effort that they have put into it! In maths we have been focusing on money and decimals and lots of problem solving which the children have found both challenging and rewarding.

This week we had our final session with Mrs Short playing cricket. Everyone’s bowling and batting skills have wowed us all and we thoroughly enjoyed having a mini tournament to end an amazing 6 weeks! After half term, we will be continuing practising our skills in tag rugby and moving onto some summer sports! To add to our fitness, we have been taking part in imoves daily to get our body moving before starting our work.

We hope you all have an amazing half term! Get lots of rest and hopefully the weather stays nice and sunny!
