Class News 1/03/2024

This week the children have been working so hard through their Spring term assessments! We are so incredibly proud of how hard they have worked and the effort they have put into their tests, they should be very proud of themselves.

In English this week, we have continued our non-chronological report on the Bedouin people. The children have wrote their introduction and their first paragraph all about their homes and life style. We look forward to completing the report within the next two weeks! In maths, we are still focusing on fractions and the children’s understanding is continuing to increase. In science this week, we looked at the differences between mammals, insects, amphibians and birds. This will lead on to the next lesson which is about the life cycle of different animals.

We are very excited about next week and we cannot wait to step into a world of magic for World Book Day! Please look at the World Book Day 2024 page for any information 🙂

We also have a family reading quiz for you and your children to take part in, please click the link below.
