Please remember our ‘Reading and Phonics’ meeting Tuesday 26th September at 9am.
This week our focus has been all about how we can keep ourselves healthy. The children discussed what we can do to stay healthy during circle time and talked about their favourite exercise. The children have drawn some wonderful pictures of them exercising in their books. We also talked about having a balanced diet to keep us healthy and enjoyed making and especially eating our fruit salad.
As part of our focus this week we took part in ‘National Fitness Day’. We did lots of movement during our PE session and we will continue to be active during our school day.
The Rainbow children had their first music session with Miss Sarah. It was a wonderful session and the children were really engaged throughout the session.
Please could all children bring a named water bottle and their bookbag everyday.
