Wow! What a week we’ve had in Reception.

This week was National Storytelling Week. As part of this we asked the children to bring in their favourite story book in from home so that we could read them throughout the week. It has been lovely to share the children’s books and to hear why they are their favourite book. As part of our Maths week we have introduced a mathematician of the day. The mathematician of the day will be chosen to wear a special cape. As part of this we have been exploring number bonds to 5. We had a wonderful music session on Monday with Ashleigh and another amazing music session with Mrs Collins. On Thursday we had a fun session using our Now Press Play headsets. The children got to act out the story Little Red Riding Hood. The children had lots of fun.
