Summer 2- Week 3

This week has been very busy and the children have been amazing! Despite it being very hot, the children have been working exceptionally hard on their Shakespeare Rocks performance. We are so excited for you to see it! It really is amazing! On Tuesday, the children had their trip to Beamish and they were amazing, they were so engaged with their quiz they had to fill in and were very respectful to the people who work there. They had an incredible time and represented our school beautifully. Following this, the children created a double page spread on the information they learnt when at Beamish and they look wonderful.

Please continue to put sun cream on your child as the weather has been very unpredictable. Also please make sure they bring a water bottle with them. 🙂

Congratulations to our pupils of the week!

In 2KT this week, Scarlett has received pupil of the week for her amazing attitude to writing to ensure she produces a piece she is proud of.

In 2BV this week Lexie Lou has received pupil of the week for her enthusiasm and participation on the school trip to beamish- a true role model and excellent representation of Newham Bridge.
