Class News

Welcome Back!

This week we have welcomed everyone back to the school after a what has been a sizzling summer. It has been great to see all the children back in school, sharing news from the summer holidays, engaging with learning and settling into their new class. Children have began to explore their new topic ‘The Romans’. We have begun by looking at where The Romans originated from and where they fit on the historical timelines. In Maths children have been refreshing some of the skills they learn last year and building on these to expand their mathematical knowledge and understanding. All have made a great start the year and hopefully we can carry these positive attitudes in to the coming weeks
