The children have worked exceptionally hard this week as they have completed both diaries from both perspectives and published them beautifully. We look forward to reading their final published piece. In maths we have continued our work on decimals and we will move onto percentages next half term. In geography, the children created their own leaflet for the Galapagos Islands, they were beautifully presented with an incredible amount of useful information. In PE we had our last tag rugby session- it is clear some of the children in Year 6 have a special talent for the sport! We were really impressed with how their passing and catching skills had developed- especially since they need to pass behind them!
We hope you have an amazing half term and get plenty of rest! Spring 2 will be a busy term as SATs approach, please make sure you are all raring to go when you return! Enjoy your time off Year 6! 🙂
