Weekly news 6.6.25

Welcome back everyone! It has been lovely to see the little ones back and ready to be active in all the different areas. This week we have changed the role play area into a Baby clinic. The children have loved dressing up in the clinic costumes and ben checking, feeding and changing the babies. We have been learning about summertime and how we need to be safe in the summer (the weather hasn’t been great this week). In maths, we have recapped on 2D shapes and describing them. When the children have been able to go outside, we have added some new activities outside to develop their gross motor skills – hitting swinging balls and obstacle courses. In PE, we have been practising activities ready for Sports day.
