Weekly News 2.5.25

Welcome back Nursery and it was lovely to see lots of smiley faces coming though the door on their first day back. This week the children have been listening to stories linking with safari animals. They have been learning how to move around like a certain animals. They have used different materials and tools to paint or draw. Mrs Collins came back to visit this week and the children enjoyed listening and singing songs linking with feelings. In PE, the children have been playing on the school field, playing tag. This week, we have also been learning about ‘material changes’. The Nursery enjoyed being messy with ‘Gloop’, mixing cornflour and water. When the children applied force to the material it became hard, but when the material was left and relaxed in the hand, it became ‘runny’.
