Spring 1- Week 1

Welcome back everyone!! We have had a wonderful first week back. We have started our newest topic the Glorious Galapagos, the children have been extremely engaged and we cannot wait to continue with it next week. Our first piece of writing is a non-chronological report on the Giant Galapagos Tortoise or the Blue Footed Booby and we will begin writing it next week. In maths, we have begun our topic of ratio, please remind your children to access Maths.co.uk to support them with their work in SATS. Friday we began our sketch book of animals that live within the Galapagos islands. The children will be sewing together their own journal.

Congratulations to our pupils of the week!

In 2KT this week, Rayan was pupil of the week for always putting 100% in to everything even if it is new or hard!

In 2BV this week, Shanaya is pupil of the week for coming into school everyday on time with a smile on her face and having a positive attitude towards challenging work. 

Congratulations to those children came top in the spelling hive!!
