Autumn-week three

In our writing lessons this week we have started our non-chronological report on Emperor Penguins. The children have been focusing on their sentence types and trying hard to create an informative piece of writing. In maths we have continued with our fractions block as we have learnt how to multiply and divide fractions. Within our topic lesson this week we have built upon our geographical knowledge as we learnt about longitude, latitude, equator, northern and southern hemispheres, Arctic and Antarctic Circle.

Congratulations to our pupils of the week!
