Autumn 1- Week 7

This week the children have worked so hard with their assessments. We have assessed the children using SAT papers and they did brilliantly. They need to keep persevering and completing their homework in order to support them when it comes to next year!

In Maths we have completed our addition, subtraction, multiplication and division topic, however, the children need to continue practising their times tables and division skills. It is extremely important they have quick recall skills. We look forward to beginning our next topic before end of the first term.

In art we have started our next piece of work which symbolises remembering those who lost their lives or are still in war. The children are creating a stain glass window inspired piece of art.

Thank you to those who donated to the Harvest Festival food bank! The support was incredible and the amount of food donated was amazing!

Congratulations to our pupils of the week!

  • Aishah in 2KT for her science work, ensuring all answers are justified scientifically.
  • Lily-Rose in 2BV for her outstanding efforts towards her homework and her assignments on reading plus.

Congratulations to our attendance champions!

  • Gagandeep in 2KT for improving this attendance and achieving 96%
  • Clayton in 2BV for improving his punctuality

Congratulations to those who achieved 18 out of 18 in their multiplication and division test!

  • Oscar, Aaliyah, Ray, Jacob, Gag, Kiziah, Cruz, Pearl, Milena, Ahmed, Emmie, Lily and Harry.
