Spring 2- Week 3

This week the children have been completing their practise SATs and we are unbelievably proud of how hard they have worked. Everyone had put in 100% into all their tests and worked so hard. They should be very proud of their scores and keep up their amazing efforts as it is clearly working! Well done Year 6! 🙂

Due to SATs we have had a relatively quiet week! We have been researching into the Elizabethan Era in our computing sessions, creating timelines and fact files. In PE, we have worked on our throwing and catching skills to use in rounders. We have discussed reflectors and light sources in science and sculpting in Art.

Please continue to encourage your children to practise their mathematic skills at home to support them in their SATs 🙂

Congratulations to our pupils of the week:

  • Belle in 2KT for having self belief and confidence in this weeks assessments!
  • Pearl in 2BV, voted by her peers, for her excellent effort towards her assessments and achieving great scores!
