Nursery 20.30.26

At the beginning of the week, we enjoyed the sunshine outside and we explored some early signs of Spring. We looked for blossom, daffodils and other signs of new growth. Have you seen any signs of Spring this weekend?

In PE this week, afternoon nursery explore moving and balancing on the apparatus and the morning nursery had a range of activities on the key stage one playground. It was fun!

In phonics, we have been singing nursery rhymes and practising rhyming words.

Our busy week ended on Thursday, with some time to play and enjoy nursery together with our grown-ups. It was our Spring Stay and Play! Thank you to those who could come along and don’t worry if you missed it, we will put a date in the diary for our final Summer Stay and Play.

Photos to follow!!

Wishing our families celebrating this weekend a happy Eid.

Our story this week…

This week we read, Eric Carle’s, The Tiny Seed. We are super impressed that our beans in nursery are starting to grow and grow! We looked at the bean, roots, stem and the leaves.

Which books have you been reading at home this week? Can you recommend any to us?
