Key Stage 1 Class News 22.03.24

We have had another brilliant week in KS1.

In English, we have been writing a recount of our Great Fire of London day. We have written detailed descriptions of the different activities we did, to enhance our knowledge, using exciting adjectives.

In Maths, 1TS and 1HL have been applying our knowledge of Place Value to numbers to 50. We have partitioned numbers to 50 into tens and ones, using practical equipment to support our understanding.

In History this week, we have explored London in 1666 and compared it to London now. We noticed significant changes and made links to how The Great Fire of London influenced how we live today.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our PE sessions this. We have been practising and developing our team building and communication skills.
