Key Stage One Weekly News

The children have had a fantastic week this week!

1TS & 1HL have enjoyed learning all about poetry as part of our school handwriting competition. We explored rhyming words and shared lots of fantastic poems. In maths, we have been learning all about related facts within 20.

1MG have been working on our editing skills within a piece of work. In maths, we have been exploring multiplication and division within our 2, 5 and 10 times table and applying this to different types of problems.

KS1 have been starting to explore our new topic of Fire! Fire! We started the week with our Now Press Play activity and have been trying really hard to learn the chronological order of the events of The Great Fire of London.
