Year 3/4 Weekly News – 15/09/23

What a busy week we have had this week in lower key stage 2! In English, we listened to the myth ‘Theseus and the Minotaur’. We used this story to plan our own gruesome instructions on how to slay the minotaur. We can’t wait to publish them next week. In Maths, we continued our work on place value working with base ten and other resources. We also had our first times table test based on our 3 times tables. Some children scored top marks – well done. We had our first Science lesson of the year exploring electricity. We ended the week with pedestrian training for Y3 and a super artwork, planning our Greek vase.

Have a lovely weekend everyone. See you on Monday.
