Wow! What a magical week we have had! We celebrated our love for reading with our ‘Reading is Magic’ week.
Our school looks absolutely brilliant with lots of different and amazing decorations.
This week, we had our very own ‘Reading Bistro’ and the children had the opportunity to choose and keep their very own book. It has been lovely to see the children’s enthusiasm towards their brand new books. We also took part in a whole school reading quiz, we wrote our own section of a whole school story, we completed a QR hunt to search for clues about our teachers favourite books and we had a blast dressing up in our magic themed costumes. What a treat!
Thank you to the parents who attended our Year 3/4 Come and Read event and our book fair. It was lovely to see so many smiling faces!
Here is a sneak peak of our week. Head over to the ‘World Book Day 2024’ section of our website to check out some more fantastic photographs.
