This week your child will be accessing SATs assessment papers to support them in their understanding of question structure, time management and personal target reflection and setting as they continue their journey towards their End of Key Stage Two Assessments in May. During this week, your child will review their progress and areas of development as we look back at some of the questions tackled on the papers. As teachers, we will be reviewing your child’s taught learning and next steps to support them on their year 6 journey.
This week to support them with this process, we have given them free choice on TTRS and EdShed so they can select their own personal areas they would like to develop. As always, they will have 6 assignments on Reading Plus and any outstanding Maths.co.uk assignments will be expected to be completed. All of these online learning platforms assess and support your child’s individual needs, please continue to encourage them to use them.
Homework Club is available on Tuesday evening. 1 room will be set up as a computing room and the other a creative arts room to support with their creative homework project explained above.
