The nursery children have had a super fun week this week, as it has been packed full of activities focusing on Chinese New Year, Mental Health Week and Valentine’s Day. The children learnt the story of ‘The Race’, how each year became a name of an animal. They practised on their cutting skills, creating dancing lions and decorating Chinese lanterns. They learnt that moving and keeping the body active helps to keep the body healthy and our mind. Then we ended the week with making lovely Valentine cards and heart collages, using different materials.
