Weekly News 8.3.24

What a magical week the nursery children have had this week. We had decorated our nursery with magical hats and spiders for the ‘Magical Read Week’. The children listened to their favourite stories and books chosen by Mrs Hilton and Mrs Bell. The children made magical paint potions, wands and they also created something special for Sunday celebrations. The children enjoyed exploring the mixture of ‘gloop’ (water and cornflour), talking about the mixture turning hard, runny and smooth using their hands and spoons. The children really enjoyed getting ‘messy!’ They created wonderful potato characters for Thursday and they had the opportunity to look around the school at all the ‘Harry Potter’ decorations and the other Potato characters in the hall. On Friday, the children looked fabulous in their different costumes for World Book Day. Thank you for all your support this week.
