It has been a lovely week with nursery and the children have been very active in all the areas. We have seen lovely artistic work in the creative areas, using the paint sticks. The children were able to talk about their drawings and they are now displayed in the corridor. We have enjoyed working with shapes this week. The children have been able to recognise the different shapes and talk about the number of sides and corners. They have traced around shapes, cut shapes out, used sponges and printed out shapes, making pictures and patterns. In PE, the children have continued to practise their balancing and throwing skills. Thank you to Parents and Carers who came to visit the Come and Read, it was nearly a full house. It is lovely to see the children sharing their favourite stories.
