The children have really enjoyed learning about birds this week. We have explored a variety of birds and what they like to eat. The children made bird feeders to go in our outdoor area and they have enjoyed watching the different birds come for food. The children made some bird feeders to take home and some children made binoculars in our creative area so they can watch the birds visiting their garden.
This is a copy of the letter that was sent out on Friday. Next week is National Storytelling week and as part of this we are going to vote for our favourite story. Please could you talk to your child about their favourite book and write it on the slip and return it on Monday.
