It has been a lovely week this week, starting a new topic on Autumn. The children have been completing an Autumn nature hunt by looking for conkers, acorns, fir cones, certain coloured leaves and even woodland creatures in the investigation area. They have been creating lovely pieces of art work on printed autumn leaves, painting with conkers and twigs and created autumn collages. They have also been been listening to stories and understanding the world about the life cycle of an acorn and the seasons.
