This week in Reception we have been looking at the story ‘Goldilocks and the three bears’. The children have had a great time acting out the story in our role play area, making bear ears in the creative area and comparing amounts during maths.
On Thursday we enjoyed making and tasting some yummy porridge, just like the bears in the story! 🐻
On Wednesday, the children brought home their purple homework books. In the front of the book is our Read, Write, Inc soundchart which reminds the children how to correctly form each of the letters. We have a wealth of videos and tips for parents on our school website underneath Parents – phonics.
