This week we have begun our next piece of writing which is a biography on Captain Robert Falcon Scott, an Antarctic explorer who ventured to the South Pole. We have been focusing on our year 6 sentence types and KS2 punctuation. We look forward to finishing them this week! In maths we completed our end of block assessment on fractions. Next week we will be moving onto metric measurements. Within topic this week we have explored the differences between the UK and the Arctic. Despite both being in the Northern Hemisphere, the children were asked to find clear differences between their biomes and wildlife.
