Class news 30.6.23

We’re at the end of week 4 already! This week we continued our work on rivers, learning more about the river Tees and some of us started to look at coastlines and coastal erosion. In maths, we finished our work on time and began learning about position and direction. In science we investigated states of matter. During our experiment, we got to make crispy cakes. They were delicious! Unfortunately, our sports day was postponed, but we did enjoy our athletics lesson on Monday with Mrs Short. We ended the week with an art lesson focused on grafitti, creating our own tag. Have a lovely weekend everyone. Hopefully, the rain will stay away. See you on Monday.

POW

From 2SB, our POW is Rojin. Rojin always tries her best and tackles everything with a positive attitude. Well done Rojin!

In 2HH, our POW is Willow. Willow has been an excellent role model. Well done Willow.

Reminder – class assembly

Just a reminder to parents, our class assembly will be on Tuesday 11th July. This will be an opportunity to celebrate and share all of the fantastic things from throughout our year. Our assembly will begin at 2pm. We hope to see you there.
