Class News 12.5.23

We’ve enjoyed another 4 day week this week. This week we have continued our work on ‘Rights & Respect’ and looked at the inspirational Hariett Tubman. We also brought this work into our english lessons where we are planning our persuasive speeches on children’s rights. We watched speeches from Martin Luther King, Winston Churchill and Malala Yousafzai to get lots of inspration. In maths, we continued our work on measure and decimals. During our science lessons, we looked at different living things and how they could be grouped. We used venn and carroll diagrams to do this. We ended the week with RE, learning more about Sikhism and PE with Mr Bowler.

Have a lovely weekend everyone. See you on Monday.
