Week 6 – 10th July

The children have wowed the adults in school this week and we are really proud of them. In our English lessons, we have been writing Haiku poems. In our Maths lessons, we have been working on position and direction. In Topic we have been conducting our own research about the topic of castles.

Thank you to everyone who attended our celebration of learning assembly and helped our children celebrate their amazing achievements of their year 2 learning journey.

Notices

As the seasons change, we would like to showcase all of the wonderful things that you do at home in Summer. Please send in any photos of the fun activities, adventures, days out, or special moments so that the children can share them with the class. The children really enjoy talking about their experiences and seeing what their friends have been doing.

Pupil of the week

Pupil of the Week is Nancy for always trying her best.

Well done Nancy!

Birthdays

We would like to wish Noah a Happy Birthday!

We would also like to wish all the children in school, who are celebrating their birthday, a very Happy Birthday!
