Week 1 – 24th April

What a fantastic first week back. The children have all tried so hard and have come back with such a mature attitude. In our English lessons, we have started to explore narratives around our story of Supertato. At the start of the week, the children have become actors, acting out the story. We then started to explore all the different features of a narrative. In our Maths lessons, we have been learning about fractions. Over the week, we have been learning about halves and quarters.

This half term, our topic is ‘Weather and Climate’. This topic explores the differences between weather and climate and how we measure the weather each day.
