Class Page 9.1.25

Welcome back we hope you had a lovely holiday and New Year. It has been lovely to welcome everyone back and hear all their news. We have launched our new topic Ancient Greeks please look at the overview for more information. The children have begun plan and draft their instructions on “How to slay the Minotaur.” In Maths, we have started looking at factors and factor pairs.

Please note that PE days this term are Wednesday and Friday. We ask that children come to school in their PE kit on these days.

Spellings are set on a Monday for a test on a Friday please see the class homework page or Edshed.

Times tables homework is set on a Friday and is due in on a Wednesday before the test on Friday.

The MTC is getting closer and we are encouraging the use of TTRS as this provides us with data allowing us to support your child. There is a current Battle of the Bands running until Wednesday between 2JH and 2CR.

Pupils of the week
