Class news 11.11.22

Today we have held a 2 minutes silence to remember those people who have and are serving and protecting our country. All of the children were extremely respectiveful and spent the time silently remembering those people. We also held our Maths Sing Off today. Both Y4 classes were fantastic with their rendition of ‘Shake it Off’ to the 6 x tables. To end Maths Week, we completed our QR code hunt around school. We used our maths knowledge to solve tricky problems from the teachers. In english this week, we have continued with our Dream Giver stories. We’ve worked hard to use a range of sentence types and we’re looking forward to completing them next week. Thank you to all of those people who were able to attend our maths open day. The children really enjoyed playing games and sharing their maths skills with you.

Have a lovely weekend everyone. See you on Monday for odd socks day.
