Year 3 News- 24.3.23

Well done for another lovely week. One more week to go!

The children have been working super hard again this week and have impressed all of their teachers. We are very proud of all of you!

In English, we have planned, drafted and edited our diary entries. They are amazing! We cannot wait to see the published pieces next week!

In Maths, we have been learning how to count fractions on a number line. We then used number lines to find equivalent fractions.

In Science, we learned about vertebrate and invertebrate animals.

On Thursday this week, the whole school took part in a poetry slam! The children in Year 3 did a fantastic job of performing ‘There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly’.

Well done, everyone!
