Amazing work, Year 3! 10.03.23

A successful assessment week this week, Year 3!

The children have been amazing coming to school settled and ready for assessments in Maths and English. The children have tried their very best in completing the tasks. Well done!

Also this week…..

In science, we have been learning about the importance of muscles and labelling the key muscles in our bodies.

In topic, the children have been researching the four different countries in the UK, and finding out key facts about each of the places ready to prepare a presentation next week.

PE

This half term, our new PE days are Wednesday & Friday.

PE Kit- White T-shirt, red school jumper or cardigan, black leggings/ trousers or shorts and sensible trainers

Pupil of the Week

The Pupil of the Week award in 2NS goes to Amber, for always being enthusiastic towards her learning. Well done, Amber!

The Pupil of the Week award in 2ZH goes to Leo, for trying his best in his assessments. Well done, Leo!

Reading Stars

Our reading stars this week are:

Maths and Spellings

There has been no spelling tests or times tables this week due to Assessment Week.

However, all the children have been amazing this week, trying their best with their assessments in ESPG, Reading and Maths. Mrs Savage, Mrs Hilton and Mrs Matthewman are extremely proud of you all!
