We have had a wonderful week in Year 1 and the children have worked incredibly hard!
In English we have finished our Place Value of Punctuation and Grammar (PVPG). We are now exploring the features of a non-chronological report in preparation to write our own.
In Maths we have understanding the numbers 11 to 19. We have been identifying how many tens and ones in each number.
In Topic this week we have been identifying the human and physical features in Middlesbrough.
Notices
Homework – Homework will be handed out every Friday to be returned the following Wednesday.
Water bottles – Plastic water bottles only.
PE – Our PE days this term are Wednesday and Thursday. Our PE uniform is a white t-shirt, black shorts, plimsolls/trainers, plain joggers (no branding), school jumper for outdoors. Please remove earrings for PE.
