Class News-20.2.2026

We have arrived at our last day of Spring term 1. We cannot believe how quickly this half term has gone! We had lots of fun this week concluding our Stone Age topic. In English, we finished writing and publishing our Stone Age recount letters. What a fantastic read they were! In Topic, we completed a Kahoot quiz to demonstrate and recall all of our learning of the Stone Age to the Iron Age. It was lots of fun! The children also enjoyed using paints and pastels to create their very own cave paintings.

We hope you have a lovely half term break. Enjoy!

Pupils of the Week

Well done to our Pupils of the Week:

2NS-  Abbigail for always trying her best and having a lovely, happy smile. Well done!

2AJ- Harley for his excellent writing and times tables. Well done!

Enjoy, Inspire and Achieve

Every half term, we keep a special look out for children who are trying extra hard. Here are our superstars:

Enjoy– Ada for always enjoying lessons and for her wonderful enthusiasm!

Inspire– Esme for always offering contrubutions during lessons and inspiring others to do so!

Achieve– Jack for making super progress in all areas!

Reading Star

Our Reading Star this half term is Noah. Noah is always passionate and enthusiastic towards reading, often choosing to take extra books home from our schoool library to read in his own time. Well done!
