We have had another excellent week. The children have been working really hard and trying their best. Well done, everyone!
In English, we started to plan, edit and publish our first 2 paragraphs of our non-chronological report about Great Britain. The work so far has been amazing and we cannot wait to read the children’s final pieces.
In Topic, we used atlases to locate capital cities of the UK. We then located some important cities of England. We enjoyed using and exploring an atlas.
In Science, our new topic is all about rocks and soil. This week, we conducted a variety of experiments to test rocks and their properties.
We finished off our week wearing bright colours to support Children in Need. The children looked wonderful and we would like to thank you for your generous contributions.

Our PE days this term are Monday and Thursday.
